Kick off your weekend with Sunrise Yoga led by TOP Instructors in the valley, on top of the Skyline Rooftop at Hotel Valley Ho.
Salute the Sun Flow
In this energizing yoga flow, we will awaken our mind, body, and soul with the rising of the sun. The Instructors will guide you through a heart-opening flow blending movement with breath. This class will ignite the flame within us and warm up our bodies from the inside out. This is an all-levels class with many options for you to modify or amp up your practice with arm balances. Enjoy the experience and let your yoga practice unfold exactly as it should!
