Saturday, March 22nd at the Scottsdale Civic Center. This is a 4 hour festival with amazing instructors, wellness vendors, music, food & drinks, and FUN!

SCHEDULE
9:00am- 9:30am: Participant Check-In
9:30am- 10:30am: Vinyasa Flow with Courtney Fox
10:30am- 11:00am: Breathwork and "Manifest Your Dreams" Guided Meditation with Tricia Fishbune.
11:00am- 1:00pm: Explore and Socialize at the Vikara Wellness Village and the Festival Food Court
Noon: Kinrgy Dance class with Natalie Crandell.
1:00pm Event Ends
