Grounded in a yoga background, Rebecca taught heated power yoga for 5 years in the Bay Area before embarking on her Lagree journey in San Francisco. She was looking for a strength component to her regular yoga practice and after a shoulder injury, fell in love with the low impact, but high intensity of the Lagree Method. Life changes brought her to Scottsdale in 2016 to open her own Lagree studio, with a second a year later in Phoenix, and has built a stellar community of BURNers and coaches who have embraced this physically and mentally challenging transformational method. Effectively combining her yoga training and the Lagree Method, she focuses on providing you a strong workout while keeping you safe on the Megaformer by ensuring good form and alignment throughout her class.
