Salute the Sun Flow

In this energizing yoga flow, we will awaken our mind, body, and soul with the rising of the sun. The Instructors will guide you through a heart-opening flow blending movement with breath. This class will ignite the flame within us and warm up our bodies from the inside out. This is an all-levels class with many options for you to modify or amp up your practice with arm balances. Enjoy the experience and let your yoga practice unfold exactly as it should!
