 Restorative Yoga Nidra with Crystals  This Restorative Yoga Nidra Workshop will leave you feeling balanced and rested.  The first 45 minutes is restorative gentle yoga poses accompanied with props and crystals.  The sequence is designed to align your chakras, the energy centers of the body.  The second half is 45 minutes of nidra: a guided meditation into deep rest.     ***You may bring your own crystals or purchase a chakra balancing crystal kit. 7 stones for $10. Learning how to invert, fly, and flow, we will use the Aerial Hammock to keep alignment, build strength in the body and improve flexibility. Aerial Fabric (also called Aerial Silks) is a beautiful, creative, and challenging art form that builds unparalleled upper body and core strength, kinesthetic awareness, coordination, and confidence. Appropriate for first time Aerial Yoga students as well as those who want to continue to learn or refine their basic Aerial Yoga practice.
