The Vikara- At One Yoga Festival to benefit the Phoenix Children's Hospital
Saturday, March 25th, 2023 at the new Scottsdale Civic Center Park, from 10:00am to 2:00 p.m.
The At One Yoga Festival, with Vikara Events, invites you to enjoy a day of yoga, fitness and FUN! Recharge in the Arizona sunshine while raising funds for Phoenix Children’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.
Whether you are part of the At One Yoga and/or the BODI & Vikara communities, this is an opportunity to come together and celebrate, do what you love, and help children and their families who are overcoming life-threatening illnesses. All to benefit the Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation.
SCHEDULE:
10:00am- 10:30am: HIIT Class with Niki Metzger, Ramsie Taylor, Skye Halliday Wilson and the BODI Fitness Community
10:30am- 11:30am: Vikara Vinyasa Flow with Desiree Grobstein & Harmony Fulton
11:45am-12:00pm Fitness with Spire Health Club's Ben Novak
12:00pm- 12:30pm: TT-DMT Breathwork with Tim Van Der Vliet
12:30pm- 2:00pm: At One Yoga class with David Romanelli, Aaron King, and Ian Lopatin

General Admission - $49 (includes access to all activities & vendors) *
*$10 off the price of a General Admission Ticket for the Vikara Yoga and BODI Fitness Community!
VIP Admission - $88 (including access to all activities & vendors, plus a festival t-shirt & tote bag)

There is a Spring Training Game at Scottsdale Stadium on March 25th so please arrive early!
