11:00am - 11:30am: Breathwork- "Breath & Body Connection" with Colter Smith followed by a Manifest Your Dreams -Guided Meditation with Tricia Fishbune
11:30am- 1:00pm: Vikara Wellness Party with Music, Food, Ice Baths, Wellness Vendors- FUN!
12:00- Acro Yoga Demo and Jam led by Stephen Shafffer and Patrick Fumarola
12:10pm- 12:30pm Kinrgy Dance Class with Natalie Crandall
12:30pm: Raffle prize winners announced; Must be present to win.
